I'm not sure if Erin will receive this email or someone else in your organization, but I would just like to recognize and thank Erin for providing such excellent customer service and representing your organization extremely well. She was very kind over the phone when I spoke with her. Not only did she promptly fill the order, but she followed up by leaving me a voicemail to confirm the package was on its way.

I dealt with another company that sells similar items but their level of customer service doesn;t compare at all to the world-class level of service that Erin provided me.
