She was very kind over the phone when I spoke with her. Not only did she promptly fill the order, but she followed up by leaving me a voicemail to confirm the package was on its way.

I dealt with another company that sells similar items but their level of customer service doesn;t compare at all to the world-class level of service that Erin provided me.

I love this design--I also have it on a plaque in my garden. I put this up in my bedroom and we both love it. It is our 25th year together, and the sentiment is absolutely perfect for us!

Advantages: Installed easily (after we made sure it was straight!). My hubby handled the ladder, I stood back and directed.

Disadvantages: Hard to choose the right color--there are so many!

I LOVE this decal- I have one for my son's room and one for my daughter's, they are both darling and really pull the whole room together. My kids love seeing their names on their wall!
